White + Wood Event Rentals is a full-service event rental company and a proud venture of KPA’s Community Collective. We provide thoughtfully curated rentals to enhance celebrations of all kinds; from birthdays and showers to weddings, corporate events, markets, and reunions.
We serve a wide range of occasions including birthdays, meetings & corporate events, showers & private parties, markets, recitals & showcases, reunions, and weddings.

Tours and consultations are booked Sunday evenings after 7:00 PM during the September - June months. This allows us to accommodate visits without disrupting our regular programming. Availability is limited, so advance scheduling is encouraged.

Yes! We pride ourselves on helping clients design cohesive event experiences tailored to their vision and theme. Consultations can help you select items and map out your event setup.
Yes! Setup and teardown services may also be offered depending on your event package. Please ask about logistics and pricing when booking.
White + Wood has a curated rental inventory essentials to help elevate events; this may include furniture, décor items, signage, table settings, and specialty pieces designed to match your event theme. Upon booking a tour of our facility, we can discuss options that are available to you.
In many cases, bringing in your own decor is available. Please discuss the type of decor to be brought in with our event coordinator.
Popular dates (especially weekends in the summer) can book up quickly. We recommend securing your rentals as early as possible to ensure availability.
Final balances, for one room rentals, are due 21 days from the event date. Final balance due dates are 90 days prior to the event for whole facility rentals (i.e., Weddings, Markets and Reunions). Exact timing will be confirmed in your rental agreement.
We accept major credit cards, cheques and cash. Specific payment options will be outlined in the invoice/agreement.
Our facility is a fully operating performing arts school from September through June. Event rentals are offered exclusively during the summer months when our studios and event spaces are available.
White + Wood does not have a kitchen. However, we do provide a designated space for caterers to set up, stage, and clean up as needed.
No. For safety reasons, sparklers, open flames, and candles are not permitted anywhere on the property.
No. Pets are not permitted inside the facility or on event grounds.
