Summer Rental Availability Only (mid June – end of August)
- All rentals subject to a damage deposit 50% of rental booking (due at time of booking)
- Cleaning Fee: $500
- Base Rental Friday*: $4,000
- Base Rental Saturday*: $4,000
- Base Rental Sunday*: $4,000
- Rental Weekend: $12,000
- * Base Rental is from 9:00AM – 12:00AM (with availability to add on).
Base rental includes use of the whole facility with set up and takedown of included black chairs, tables and linen plus limited decor. - Max capacity: 120 guests
Every wedding rental includes:
- Complimentary 5 hour planning with a White + Wood event facilitator
- Set up and take down
- Full facility access (seating for up to 120 people plus buffet, dance floor and bar space adjacent)
- Chairs for guests
- 6 wooden harvest tables (ideal for head and food tables)
- 4 stainless steel buffet tables
- Stage
- Ceremony Arch and Ceiling Decor
- A quality sound system
- Abundant guest parking
- Additional planning services with a White + Wood event facilitator available ($80.00/hour)
- White and Wood bar staff ($40.00/hour)
- Chalk art
- Floral arrangements
- Booking information
- Deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Remaining balance is split and paid 90 days prior to booking date and 30 days prior to booking date.
- Insurance is required by renter ($2 million liability). Renter must acquire their own AGLC license for the date and time when alcohol will be served and provide it to White + Wood minimum 4 weeks before the event.
- Cancellation policy: if the event is cancelled within 90 days prior to the event, deposit will be refunded. After 90 days, the deposit plus any remaining balance paid is non refundable.
*All events featuring a bar are required to use White + Wood provided bar service staff. A minimum staffing requirement of two staff members applies.
